L’internationale is a historically accurate Bière de Garde. Turbid mashing, boiling for 6 hours, mixed-fermentation. Strisselspalt hops used. Barrel aged.This beer is the result of an international collaboration with the Saison, Bière de Garde, & Farmhouse Ale Appreciation Society. This is the 30/30/30 version.
