See what we did there? Haze Sold Separately is a West Coast DIPA that packs a punch. We have strayed from our norm for this one and bring you a punchy old school West Coast DIPA. It's dripping with sticky, resinous hops. Pine and citrus dominate the aromas with a slightly dank undertone. The colour is a light amber-gold, and as the name suggests, we have left the haze out of this one. The malt profile is clean but subdued, allowing the hops to shine. On the palate, the bitterness is dialled up, with pithy orange peel, pine and stone fruit flavours dominating the backend. The finish is dry and bitter but ultimately balanced. For such a big and punchy beer, this one is dangerously smooth and easy to drink.
