This is a beer I've always wanted to brew, a lager that's not a lager. Its a lager recipe but using a yeast called voss kviek thats super quick at fermenting.What you get is a mix of lager tastes with an ale kick to it, its not lager, but what else is it ? Let the haters tell me its a golden ale, or an abomination, I think its a tasty experiment.Biscuit, with a crispness and a green apple like acidity. Refreshing in this sumer heat
