Blend of young lambic macerated with cherries, matured in Bourbon whiskey barrels and cherrywine, infused with Bourbon vanille.A mixture of three varieties of organically grown cherries.After tasting, we decided to bottle/keg this blend pure, without refermentation. In this way we preserve the vinous character.
