Sea Legs West Coast IPA

American style West Coast IPA - leaning towards more traditional darker and maltier styles. A mix of Pale and Vienna malts then Hopped twice with Centennial and Simcoe, once during the boil and then dry hopped during the secondary fermentation. Piney and a touch resinous on the nose, with hints of grapefruit and honey on the palate, as well as a pleasant hoppy - dry finish.
