To celebrate 10 years of Brave, we went straight to the style that makes us smile: a light and bright IPA with a snappy, yet restrained bitterness, a dry finish, and plenty of lovely hop character. Hip Hip Hooray is brewed with a blend of Pale Ale and Pilsner malts for a lean, easy drinking finish. Hopped with some of our go-to classics alongside a couple of new favourites: Citra, Simcoe, Krush, and Strata. Simcoe gives a nod to the old school, bringing orange zest and pine resin, while the rest of the cast contributes big notes of sweet tropical fruit.
