We are generally known for big beers but recently we've been trying to offer something a little lighter and full of flavour. We've had a great reception with our taproom exclusives so we decided to put this iteration into tins.A big hit of Citra at the start of the ferment to get as much biotransformation as possible, followed by terminal dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin.
