Rotating Tempus IPA featuring different wild yeast strains, which will continue to evolve over time in package from the juicy, fruit-forward beer you have now, to a funkier, more complex beer. This batch hopped heavily in the hopback, fermented with Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois Vrai, and dry-hopped with 9g/L of Ekuanot, El Dorado, and Azacca.
