Before falling to the forces of Sauron in the Third Age, the Tower of Sorcery was known as Minas Ithil. Once overtaken, it became something entirely different. Our imperial stout base didn't have a name on its own (though Minas Ithil would have done just fine), but once it was taken by the forces of an apple brandy barrel plus chocolate and mint cookies, it too underwent a transformation, ultimately becoming Mintas Morgul. All hail the rising of the Moon Tower!
