A blend of Danish Wild Ales aged in Amarone barrels for 8 months brewed with fresh and locally grown Opal plums from a biodynamic farm in Slangerup, DK.⁠A blend of Danish Wild Ales aged in Amarone barrels for 8 months was selected to pair with amazingly fresh and locally grown Opal plums from our good friend and biodynamic farmer Verner, located in Slangerup just outside of Copenhagen.⁠⁠⁠⁠We only make Opal on years where the vintage is exceptional, and 2020 was a fantastic year for plums at Verner's farm. ⁠⁠⁠⁠The Amarone barrels pair perfectly with the flavour of sun kissed plums, low in acidity and high in aroma and flavour, Opal 2020 is sure to be a crowd-pleaser!⁠⁠
