Brewed in Molesey, Surrey. Fraser took his multi-gold-medal-winning APA recipe and pimped it with Earl Grey Tea which also went on to win multiple awards. You can expect Piney and Tropical notes with a solid malt backbone, complimented by a blend of Bergamot, citrus and grapefruit flavours from the Earl Grey.In this beer we used a profile of Pale Malt, Munich Malt and Acidulated Malt. Hopped with Centennial, Columbus and Mosaic in the kettle and infused with Earl Grey Tea post-fermentation. Fermented with White Labs California Ale V yeast WLP-051 and clocking in at 46 IBU.
