We’ve experimented with this flavor combination before, having introduced a similar beer for Valentine’s Day a few years ago. This version has the added benefit of having spent ten months in our bourbon casks, which add a touch of oaky vanilla to the notes of bittersweet chocolate and jammy raspberry found in this delicious addition to our taps.
