We brewed an authentic Porter recipe to British standards with significant amounts of roasted and caramelized malts and of course British yeast.At the same time, we barreled a “cask” in which our recipe will undergo a secondary “smaller” fermentation and will be naturally carbonated, while when fully matured it will be ready to be consumed directly from the barrel, at high temperatures of 12°C-13°C as shown by English tradition.The name of this “Temple” honor belongs to the British traveler Grenwell Temple who gave us this beautiful story by traveling us back in time.We raise our glasses full of authentic British porter to him...Cheers or else Cheers!!!???
