AR Blanc was made from Brazilian Angico honey, California Reisling juice, and just a bit of peach. This off-dry hybrid of honey and grapes goes great with food. It was aged on a light amount of toasted American oak to accentuate the dry finish. 13% ABV, available on tap for now, hopefully bottles next weekend! You'll notice the stunning clarity, this is our first filtered offering which gives it a polished look.
