Описание
"Bock" is a German word used to describe a strong lager. "Doppel" directly translates to "double" which, in turn, describes a stronger and maltier version of a bock. This style was first brewed in Munich by Franciscan monks, and is sweet, conplex, and rich. Our version uses a portion of Black Prinz malt to give it a mahogany color with a tan head, with big flavors of plum and grape jelly.
