Ale Fermented in OakSeekers After Light is a blend of saison fermented and aged in oak and refermented on grape pomace and organic nectarines.The 2022–2023–2024 harvest blend was created from a selection of saison which were fermented and aged in neutral oak. The blend was refermented in tank and barrel with 2022 whole cluster Riesling from Red Willow Vineyards, 2023 biodynamic Kerner pomace from Johan Vineyards, and then refermented on organic 2024 harvest 'Red Gold' nectarines from Rama Farm.This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle.Bottled 11/14/2024Conditioned with: Organic sugar.Cellar: It's a peach beer, so best by summer 2026.
