First brewed for The Malthouse's Sour Fest', we pumped up the ABV on our otherwise normal organic Grisette recipe. In stead of using our normal yeast, for a year long, slow ferment we added Lacotbacillus and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis . The brett character shows more funk and farmyard than sourness.
