Another stellar entry in what has become our lineup of single hop Double IPA’s, brewed in collaboration with the Good Hop in Oakland and with a tip o’ the cap to Pignic in Reno. The good folks from the Good Hop came up to our humble abode to brew this 100% Simcoe DIPA for their 3rd Anniversary party, where it will make its California debut.9% ABV, 65 IBU and all the quenchingly quaffable peculiarities of Simcoe. We got citrus, we got pine, we got stanky dank. It’s all there. Many thanks and many cheers to the Good Hop!
