Do Good Brew Ritzy Beer is a CRYO Citra dry-hopped saison we created for Sylvester Soisalo and his seafood restaurant Boulevard Bar & Seafood.This was originally designed for their fish burger (think of McD's Filet-o-Fish multiplied by 10!) but this goes really nice with any seafood.We'd also pair this with any elegant vegetariand dish as well.
