Brewed as a collaboration with The Lucky Goat Butcher Shop (bacon) The Sleepy Rooster Café (waffles) and Rick’s Sugar Shack(maple syrup) and FOC fresh eggs. When we were putting up a FOC IT sticker at The Hairy Lemon in Dublin where we frequented on our trip, one of the owners said, “You should name a beer FECK IT in honor of Ireland”. So we did.
