I am Brut is our foray into the wonderful world of super dry Brut IPAs.Using Glucoamylase - an enzyme which breaks down even more starch from the malts into fermentable sugars - the final beer becomes very dry, with even more of the beer's contents fermented by our hungry yeast.A global mix of hops including some American, German and New Zealand varieties gives the beer a unique mix of grape, melon and citrus on the aroma. Bitter, woody, dry and with subtle citrus notes.
