You guessed it: it's an IPA.A grain bill made up of Irish grown & malted barley / flaked & malted oats / pale wheat / carapils. Fermented out with vermont yeast before getting a double helping of Simcoe / Amarillo & galaxy.A full on fruit bowl, aromas of orange / peach & pineapple. Full bodied with a pillowy soft mouthfeel leading to a rounded sweet finish.
