New World/Retrospect

Описание

It's safe to say that the IPA as a style has evolved once again. And really, evolution and change is one defining aspect of the style. Another is hops. The latest style evolution has brought us the NE-style IPA, loaded with hop juiciness with just a touch of the bitterness the style was once known for. With over 60 different NE-style IPAs under our belt, we thought we would look back and revisit some of the techniques that we have used through our experimentation with the style. The result is New World/Retrospect, a deliciously dank IPA with notes of potent fruit, overripe mango, peeled blueberry and cantaloupe. Not much more to say than.... YUM!
