This beer had fresh ponderosa pine needles in the mash poor to spontaneous fermentation in a 600 liter puncheon we named Tanuki . Just before bottling we infused the beer with fresh ponderosa pine. 100% naturally carbonated with wildflower honey and 100% Oregon
