Mixed Ferment Raspberry, Tayberry and Honey Imperial Sour. Fermentated on Hornindal Kveik - a blend of cooperative farmhouse strains which produce a tropical flavour profile, with a complex aroma that presents as subtle stone fruit, pineapple, and dried fruit leather. And a unique species of Lachancea yeast selected for it's ability to produce lactic acid. Aged on 140g/l Raspberries, 85g/L Tayberries, and 70g/L Caramelised Polyflora Honey.
