The second brew with Sanders yeast is a showcase of Southern hemisphere hops. Extra pale, flaked oats and chit make up the grist giving a soft platform for Nelson Sauvin, Enigma and Galaxy to bring their aromas of crushed white grape, passion fruit and gooseberries.
