Hazy Maize Mexican Lager

This Mexican Lager was brewed with lots of flaked maize (corn) to give it the light, crisp drinkability we were looking for from our Cinco de Mayo release! We also added oats and wheat to give it a bit of a creamy mouthfeel as well as a small dry hop to help stabilize the haze. Balanced bitterness, gentle haze and a crisp finish, Salud!
