Fermented with Saccharomyces Bruxellensis Trois, this orange tinted naturally hazy IPA has aromas of tangerine zest, navel orange and a slightly funky pineapple like tartness.Formerly classified as Brettanomyces Trois (and still sold as this by several yeast retailers) ‘Don’t Brett On It’ doesn’t get caught up in microorganism taxonomy, it does however deliver an incredibly satisfying punchy IPA for the more adventurous IPA fan.
