Our third mild for March Mildness! This one has just the right stuff for a real mild gulper. We brewed this with Maris Otter, crystal malt, and a bit of chocolate malt. It was hopped with Goldings and Opal. We fermented this one with our old favourite yeast from London. ⁣⁣Notes of caramel whiffs, low calorie marshmallows, recently dried herbs, raspberry leaf tea, old wooden floors, and mindfully mindless drinking.⁣
