Pouring a deep maroon with a foamy off white head, this lowly carb'd, highly sessionable offering doffs its hat to the cask ales of the United Kingdom. A full nose of chocolate and toast and dried apricot leads a medium body with a flavour profile of robust malt with hints of red apple and pear. At the end a moreish finish is generously both bitter and sweet with a fruity little tail.
