Winter cocktail inspired barleywine aged 12 months in a maple syrup bourbon barrel. Caramel malt heavy barleywine recipe fermented completely dry with amyloglucosidase enzyme (same used in brut ipa) then loaded up with so much lactose to give it a creamy body and intense milky sweetness. Ageing for 12 months in a maple syrup bourbon barrel lends caramel, spice, and vanilla character. Tastes just like a milk punch cocktail (think eggnog without the egg :) )
