Non-Alcoholic Nelson IPA0.5%ABVDry January (as well as a huge boom in the NA Beer market!) is upon us and we figured we'd try our hand at brewing our own NA beer. Our first attempt was last year with a Riwaka IPA "Nothing but Riwaka", and we took a similar approach with a non-alcoholic yeast strain and dosed the batch with a DIPA rate of Nelson hops! The result is a dank and lemony, refreshing and spritzy version of our typical IPAs!
