A nice little dry hopped, can conditioned saison. We made this ale with malted barley and triticale from Deer Creek Malthouse. It was hopped with saphir and Hallertau mittelfruh, and then dry hopped with a healthy bit of New Zealand Cascade.Notes of ripe but firm papaya, Juicy Fruit gum, memories of a Pale Ale, dried mango, anise hyssop, and orange mineral water.
