Deep and intense, with a rich, complex acidity, this is a blend of two-year-old spontaneous beer and three-year-old foudre beer, conditioned on whole, organic Spanish apricots, opened up through a process of carbonic maceration. A kilo of fruit was used for every litre of beer. Best paired with a random act of kindness.
