We dry hopped this all-Citra DIPA with Fresh-Frozen YCH 301! They take undried Citra, freeze it in a blast chiller, and then run it through the normal Cryo process. The result is a Fresh/Green Hopped harvest ale brewed well after the fall harvest! Expect a fresher grassier flavor (think fresh herbs rather than dried herbs)!
