Our take on the classic German wheat ale, which we brewed with 60% pilsner malt and 40% wheat, and fermented with a Bavarian strain of hefeweizen yeast for authenticity. Clove dominates the aroma with a touch of banana in the background, while a rocky, lingering head allows those aromas to stick around.
