A Belgian Strong Ale, we brewed this using Pilsner, Special B, Wheat and Biscuit Malts as well as Apple Candi Sugar, All Spice, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Orange Peel. Fermented out on WLP500 Trappist Yeast, it clocks in at a whopping 11.3% alc/vol.
