Ghost Note Preserves: Raspberry & Marquesas Vanilla (2/17/23)

We took a tiny bit of one of our favorite batches of red and black raspberries and aged it on pounds of Marquesas vanilla beans! This one is thick and viscous, I'm very proud of how the Ghost Note body interacted with the berries. The vanilla is just the icing on the cake!
