Festbier was brewed entirely with a German malt bill and German lager yeast, which lends to the bread-dough character with a light toastiness and subtle honey-like malt sweetness- clean and crisp, but with a somewhat creamy mouthfeel. There is a subtle earthy and herbal hop character with a mild bitterness. Super crushable, super delicious.
