Au goût, des parfums d'abricots et de pêches apparaissent initialement, accompagnés par des notes plus florales, résineuses et une petite douceur de caramel apportée par le malt de spécialité. La bière finit sèche, légèrement alcoolisée, avec un côté fruité persistant et une amertume franche.- - - - -Brewery notes: Stone fruits and hop resin are immediately noticeable on the nose. The body of the beer is rich. On the palate, apricot and peaches are noticeable accompanied by floral and resinous notes along with soft caramel from the specialty malts.
