Introducing our 2019 Christmas Ale...Filthy Animal.This dark, smooth ale is a boozy one at 9.2% alcohol. It’s made with water, malt, hops, yeast, mixed fruit, orange peel, black treacle, oats, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger and Irish Whiskey.With low levels of carbonation, and with spice and whiskey to the fore, Filthy Animal is a supper that’s perfect for post-Christmas Dinner.Best enjoyed at 6-8 degrees, this release is strictly limited to 50 (hand numbered) 1 litre bottles and will be available exclusively over the bar in Dead Centre Brewing, Athlone.
