Flip Side is our latest and freshest Oat Cream IPA. This recipe sees us mix a tantalizing combo of US Citra and Centennial with Australian Galaxy hops. What comes out the other side is one of the softest and juiciest beers we’ve ever created. On the nose expect to be greeted with sticky overripe mango and a hint of light rockmelon. When this golden nectar touches your tongue, the pillowy softness may make you think you’re dreaming. Rich passionfruit, sweet mango upfront, with not a hint of bitterness on the backend. The finish is soft and juicy, with a velvet coating of sweet fruit. Catch you on the flip side.
