"After a trip through Europe my mother-in-law told me, at least once a week, that rosé was going to be the next big thing. According to her, it was the fastest growing alcoholic beverage in sales and that beer sales were rapidly declining. I was strongly advised to get into rosé instead of beer so I would be ahead of the trend.A wine festival, a few hundred people stomping on grapes, and an Italian Pilsner later, the beer- rosé was born.The result is a combination of beer and rosé that I am confident it would outsell both beer and rosé and show my mother-in-law that it’s the next big thing.”
