Can we find patterns within our personal, bodily and cultural behaviors that will help us better understand what it means to be human and where humanity is headed? We decided to inspect the historical roots of the saison style of farmhouse beer to see what insight we could gain. Historical Behavior is a traditional Saison, fermented with a beautiful farmhouse yeast and lightly hopped with Hallertau Blanc. The result is a beautifully dry and refreshing ale with notes of black pepper, Spring-time hay and Chardonnay. We learned that Saisons are great!
