One day while Albert was hanging out at the armoury HK Brewcraft, he met two very lost brewers from Blindman Brewery in Alberta, West Canada! He didn’t think twice and invited them to visit DA BINO.After a few good beers Albert decided to brew a beer together when they return to Hong Kong. Guest what? Not only did they come back, they even brought over some amazing hops from a farm “hop to it” next to their brewery!So here we have BINO #21 - Hop Onto It, an unfiltered kolsch dry hopped with Williamette T90 pellets from the farm Hop to It. It’s a blanched beer with tangerine and peary notes from the hop and yeast characters. Finishes dry but creamy making you want to hop onto your next one!
