Our own version of a sparkling fruit wine fermented using the pulp of pineapple, mango, calamansi and passionfruit. Sweet and sour tones of passion fruit with spritzy bubbles and a slight dry finish. With aromas of pineapple and mango carrying through the strongest and coloured using hibiscus flowers.
