Our take on a pre-reinheitsgebot "Kottbusser". Typically made with ale yeast, we chose to make our version of a Kottbusser with a famous German lager strain as well as wheat, flaked oats, Pilsner malt, honey and a sizeable amount of Czech Saaz hops.Light, dry, crisp and full of floral & spice notes from the saaz, the wheat and flaked help make this beer feel "bigger" than it really is.
