Here at the Brew Moon we like to celebrate the seasons and the fresh produce they bring with a quarterly saison. This summer we decided to brew with wild Siberian cherries picked in the Garry riverbed. Conditioned with our usual saison base, the flesh from these cherries give great colour and fresh, fruity flavours to the beer, whilst the pits and stems give a lovely almondy character.
