Tepache is a popular Mexican pineapple drink, enjoyed during the hotter months. It's tart yet exceptionally refreshing, making it the perfect summer drink. Considering the amount of juicy pineapple puree, cinnamon and cloves we put into this sour, it seemed like the only fitting name. Salud!
