TRIUM FERMENTUM IS HERE!Trium Fermentum is a Bretted IPA first fermented with a Saison strain and subsequently inoculated with two different strains of Brettanomyces in the bottle.Immediately evident Brett. Claussenii and Lambicus, courtesy of Omega Yeast labs, smashes this beer with funky, fruity, pineapple and cherry notes, which compliments the galaxy hop beautifully. Shout out to Simply Hops for the mighty fine plant matter!This truly unique beer is already delicious after only 1 month of inoculation, but it will be even better shared after a little aging to allow esters and carbonation to develop.
